At Appleberry, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund and warranty policy below:

Accessories

  • All accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for any warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage excludes items with physical damage or liquid damage.

Second-Hand Devices

  • Second-hand devices are covered by a 6-month warranty.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required to process any claims.
  • The warranty does not cover devices with physical damage or liquid damage after purchase.

Power Surge Warranty Clause

  • Products are covered under warranty for power surges, provided they were used with an accredited surge protection plug.
  • Claims will be accepted only if the customer can provide proof of using a surge protection device that meets relevant safety and accreditation standards.
  • Damage caused by power surges without the proper use of an accredited surge protection plug will not be covered.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for items covered under the warranty terms listed above.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.
  • Refund requests outside the warranty period or for items damaged through misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
