Appleberry was established in 2012 when Daniel, our Managing Director, decided to pursue his entrepreneurial vision. With extensive experience and training in the mobile industry, he identified a critical need for better after-sales support and efficient out-of-warranty repair services.
Our core focus is on repairing liquid-damaged devices while offering a range of smart device accessories. A key part of our service is providing comprehensive after-sales support, helping clients fully utilize their devices. Unlike many outlets focused solely on sales and upgrades, we prioritize repairs and ongoing customer care, filling a significant gap in the market.

Kiosk Concept
The rapid growth in smart device usage has made these devices indispensable for modern life, serving as personal assistants and critical tools for banking and online security. Recognizing the needs of today’s time-sensitive clients, Appleberry Care Centre has introduced convenient kiosks in two prominent malls: Liberty Midlands Mall (Pietermaritzburg) and Eastgate Mall (Johannesburg).
These kiosks offer premium service, allowing clients to drop off their devices for repair while running errands or shopping. With experienced technicians, most repairs are completed within an hour, enabling customers to pick up their devices on their way out. This innovative concept meets a vital consumer need and has the potential to expand across South Africa and globally, enhancing convenience in malls everywhere.
